ResellersPanel

ResellersPanel

The Value plan offered by ResellersPanel includes an Intel dual-core 2.2GHz processor, which is on the lower end of the spectrum of reviewed hosts, and processor upgrades are not available. ResellersPanel offers two 320GB hard drives with this plan, which makes it a runner-up to 1&1's 400GB dual hard drive offering. Furthermore, the hard drive can be upgraded and there's an option for RAID.

ResellersPanel ranks second in terms of the total amount of available memory: it offers 2GB of RAM with this plan. Although the RAM can be upgraded, there's no mention of the maximum upgrade available. This plan ranks lowest in terms of the included monthly data transfer. It includes three IP addresses at no cost, and up to nine additional IP addresses may be obtained for a total cost of $13.50 per month.

The available operating systems include CentOS, Debian, and Ubuntu, although none of them comes included with the plan. Likewise, no control panel comes bundled with the Value plan—the available control panels include the company’s own ResellersPanel as well as CPanel. FTP backup is available for $25 a month for 50GB of storage space. A software firewall is available, but an SSL certificate isn't included.

The Value plan has no associated setup costs, and there’s neither savings nor a money-back guarantee. The plan is available for a $220 monthly fee, which is the highest price charged by any of the reviewed web hosts.
